A Note From Henry

I’ve never been one to rush things.

Rockpile Bourbon has been a long time coming, and before we say anything else, I wanted to start here with a simple note:

For years, this project lived in conversations, tastings, and patience. Most of it happened without an audience. Just showing up, paying attention, and letting time do its work.

Now the bourbon is bottled, and it felt important to mark the moment.

This blog isn’t about promoting a product. It’s about documenting the process, the small decisions, the lessons learned, and the moments that don’t always make it onto a label. The work behind the work.

I’ve spent my life building things slowly and intentionally, surrounded by people I trust. Rockpile is no different. It’s a reflection of that mindset: respect for the craft, appreciation for patience, and pride in doing things the right way.

If you’re reading this, you’re early. And that means something to me.

There’s more to come, and when it’s worth sharing, you’ll find it here.

Thank you for being part of the beginning.

Salute,
Henry Belmonte
