A Taste Of Elevation

You guys wanted to know more about the taste of RPB. So here you go!
Growing up around wine, I learned that there are layers to tasting, and to get the most out of your experience, you have to start with your nose. Delicate vanilla, toasted oak, and warm caramel are notes you get right off the bat. Hints of cherry and raspberry are also present on the nose, teasing you like gelato or sherbet!
That first sip reveals brown sugar and toffee, classic bourbon flavor, and smoothness. Some might find the second sip more fruity, as a balance of plum and black cherry showcase our wine roots.
My favorite thing about our bourbon is the finish. It’s warming, like typical whiskey, but not too spiced or overpowering. You might taste dark chocolate, seasoned oak, or dried fruit. Personally, it reminds me of a toffee cookie bar, a blondie with a twist, or hot honey olive oil on vanilla soft serve ice cream. (Yes that’s a real thing and yes it’s really good. Visit AllDay Pizza at Flo’s wine bar in Austin, TX to try. :))
Being part of a wine family has also taught me that everyone’s palate is different. One thing about RPB that I can say with confidence is that it’s not like any other bourbon you’ve tried before. It’s more velvety, mellow, and delicious. No matter what flavors you personally discover, I promise it has “falling-in-love with” potential.
Pre-order now to see for yourself. ;)
Cheers,
Brie
